For Academic Clients: Our services are strictly designed for structural feedback, methodology alignment, and formatting compliance. We do not engage in academic ghostwriting, primary data generation, or the completion of assignments on a client's behalf. Clients retain sole responsibility for the original thoughts, data collection, and final authorship of their work. Clients are entirely responsible for ensuring that engaging our services complies with their specific university's honor code and guidelines.

For transactional and expedited services (such as timeline-based dissertation editing), the execution window (e.g., 24 Hours, 4 Days) does not commence at the time of payment. The execution clock begins exactly when both the payment is successfully processed and all required documents (your complete manuscript in .docx format and applicable university guidelines) are successfully uploaded to our secure intake portal.

Manuscripts submitted with critically incomplete research or locked formatting will be returned, and the timeline will be paused until the correct data is provided.

Hall Professional Services LLC operates on a strict project execution model. Because our engagements require the immediate reservation of dedicated scheduling blocks and the commitment of specialized operational resources, all consulting, mentoring, and editing services are strictly non-refundable.

Unlike physical products, dedicated time, structural analysis, and intellectual property cannot be returned. Once payment is processed and the execution timeline or mentoring retainer has officially commenced, no refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

All original content on this Site, including but not limited to text, graphics, proprietary methodologies, published articles ("Insights & Perspectives"), and excerpts from The Masterpiece Manuscript, is the intellectual property of Hall Professional Services LLC. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our proprietary content without explicit written permission.

While we provide highly disciplined professional guidance, feedback, and structural editing, Hall Professional Services LLC makes no guarantees regarding specific academic or business outcomes. This includes, but is not limited to, the approval of manuscripts by dissertation committees, final academic grades, successful dissertation defenses, graduation, or the awarding of federal contracts.

Our total liability under these Terms shall be strictly limited to the total amount paid by the client for the specific services rendered.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Virginia, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Virginia.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time without prior notice. Your continued use of the Site or our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
